ENDURANCE & STRENGTH COACHING

“There is more to life than endurance sports and fitness training.

We are people who workout and race because it makes us better humans.

My approach is a life-balanced coaching approach that will get you to the start (and finish) line of your first (or next, or big) triathlon, running race, cycling event and beyond.

I welcome men and women of all ages, sizes and abilities to start their fitness journey.”

**I have a very limited roster of athletes. If you are interested in contacting me, please send me an email (meredithatwood at gmail) and express what you are looking for in a coach and your current goals.

I will help you to the start (and finish)
line of your first (or next, or big) race, learn to lift weights, and most of all--teach you to be STRONG for life...
