I am not doing anything.  And I mean nothing.  No walking, no running, no spinning.  Just sitting and eating.  Oh, and lots of stretching —-reaching for food, reaching for snacks.   Alot of stretching my budget for Christmas and bigger pants.  But that’s okay.  I’m trying to give myself a freaking break.  And get back on the train in two weeks, after I feel that I have rested enough to start moving in a positive direction again.
