Day One. Okay, so not Day One.  I’m not “starting over” with my life, my training. I’m just turning over the good leaf.

So, I am calling this Day One of a streak of good things to come.

I’m armed.  I’m ready.  I’m finally feeling well. Let’s make this one a great day.

  2. I’m with you! Started “The Plan” Monday. Oh my god. Major suckage. Stayed on plan but it was painful! Been doing great ever since. Thank you for keeping it real. That sounds so trite sometimes but honestly, you are so relatable. We all need to know that even the best among us have things that get the best of us!

  3. I am taking a temporary break from plan because I have a half marathon in Disney World this weekend :p I’ll be back in action next week.

  4. I’m with you…trying really hard to get on the 3 week program. Bought it, printed it, did the shopping… that was a week ago! Today is the REAL start! Thanks for the motivation.

  5. Me (after I finish my peppermint mocha). I have been in a food and training funk too. Talked myself out of spin class this morning, talked myself out of a healthy breakfast…I’ve done too much talking myself out of things lately. So, no more!!!!! I need to get back on the wagon and get back to being my happier self.

  6. I’m with you! My training & workouts have been great but the eating continues to be a problem! Not starting over today just being accountable to myself!

  7. Hell ya! I am so there…I need a kick in the pants like nobody’s business. My good friend is 1/2 way through a cleanse and she totally motivated me too! Thank you SBM for keepin’ it real!
