WORKOUTS – Week of February 6, 2011

Monday:
Swim: 1400m
Run:  4.0 miles

Tuesday:
Rest
Wednesday:
Boo. Another rest day due to possible jammy to the left hammy.

Thursday:
Run: 
2.5 miles on the treadmill – slow to keep hammy in check.

Strength: 
Modified to care for hamstring.

Friday:
Bike: Spin class with Ironman G plus 15 minutes.

Saturday:
Swim: 1500m, paddles,  pull float

Yoga – P90X

POUNDS DOWN THIS WEEK:
0.0… boo, but not surprised (12.4 total)


SUMMARY:
Good week, despite the slight setback with the hamstring.  But it is feeling pretty good now. I am taking it easy.  Friday’s spin class was from the seventh circle of hell, but awesome nevertheless.

THIS COMING WEEK:
I have a nasty court case on Monday, but I hope I will find time for a guaranteed much needed workout on Monday.  The Expert has returned, so that means we can try to get back in the swing of things.  This week I plan to focus back on my diet and take time to relax.
