Sunday:       Yoga
Monday:      Spin Class
Tuesday:     Treadmill Run, 1.8 miles.
Wednesday: Spin bike at Home
Thursday:    Rest
Friday:         Spin Class; P90x Cardio
Saturday:     Pool swim; 1/2 mile

Summary:
Good week.  Really happy with the diet and exercise, and the weight loss (!).  I gave myself a little break too – meaning, that I wasn’t so damn hard on myself.  Mostly vegan diet, with the exception of eggs. I like eggs too much.  The Expert was on board too, which helps.  Dieting is always nice when your partner isn’t sitting there with a Steak and a frosty Yuengling.

This Coming Week:
My goal is to eat healthy.  Cut back the caffeine.  Get in two really good spin bike workouts, a yoga, and two swims.  I will walk a little  – but lay off the running for the rest of this month, probably.
I am also going to look into a chiropractor for my hip.
