Run: Treadmill Run, 3.0 miles, 40 minutes


Monday:     
Bike: Spin Class


Tuesday:     
Rest.


Wednesday:
Run: Treadmill Run, 4.2 miles, 55 minutes


Thursday:    
Swim:  1200m

Friday:        
Bike: Spin class, 1.5 mile run with Zone 2 heartrate


Saturday:    
Bike: 10 mile road bike ride with hills (40 minutes)
Swim: 900m

Pounds Down This Week:
2.0 (Total: 11)

Summary:
I felt strong this week, physically and emotionally.  All in all …a very positive week. 

This Coming Week:
I am officially a coached athlete (again, “athlete” – used loosely).  I plan to start my training program tomorrow, which I will detail here vaguely on this blog, so as to not to give up any secrets, IP or the like of my fabulous coach. However, looks like my son has the flu – so I am hoping that my first week won’t be tainted by me gathering a bout of the flu as well.   As far as the training, I am working against everything I know – with this base aerobic conditioning.

My workouts are all planned out, so now it begins.  I intend to fend off the flu, eat well and take care of my babies while the Expert is down under…and I’ll be straight.
